My approach blends years of study in somatic (body-focused) methods, attachment therapies, ego-state (parts) perspectives, and energy psychology. With this approach we’ll discover what’s holding you back, such as patterns of self-protection, beliefs that keep you stuck, feelings you don’t want to feel, or people or things you feel you can’t live without. Together, we’ll explore how you can be with those difficult experiences in ways that are helpful and healing. In this way, therapy with me isn’t about coping or managing issues. It’s about actually resolving things so you can finally free yourself and find your way again.
