What are your therapy fees?

Each session of therapy (53-60 minutes) is $140. I require my clients to provide me a valid credit, debit, or HSA card that I hold in my electronic medical records system, and charge for sessions and other fees (late-cancel or no-show), in order to guarantee payment.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take any form of insurance. Some of my clients submit their own claims to their insurance companies for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation / no-show policy?

Canceling at appointment less than 24 before it is scheduled is considered a “late-cancel” and incurs the full fee of the session - $140. Similarly, missing a scheduled appointment altogether is considered a “no-show” and incurs the full fee of $140 as well. Please note, however, that I do charge clients for cancelations or no-shows due to emergency circumstances, so please let me know the reason for canceling or no-showing. At the same time, it is my policy to refer clients to other providers after 2 cancellations, no-shows, or combinations thereof, regardless of the reason so be sure to cancel your appointment early and avoid no-shows.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by contacting me by phone, email, or through the contact form on my website. I’ll get back to you in 1 business day. We’ll schedule a time to talk by phone and get you scheduled. Before your appointment I will send you client forms to complete through DocuSign. New clients usually start therapy within a week.
